  • Chelly´s Cosmetics reserves the right to update prices and information without prior notice.

Payment 

  • Orders are processed once payment has been completed.
  • When choosing a buy now pay later option, payment responsibility remains with the customer.
  • An unpaid order will not be processed.

Shipping 

  • Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control.

Returns & Hygiene 

  • Due to hygiene reasons, cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • This also applies to products that have been opened or used.

Issues with your order

  • Clear photos must be provided so we can review this issue and offer a suitable solution.
